Consortium Goal:
To promote research and scholarship related to work occurring in Professional Development School (PDS) sites and PDS networks across the Southeastern United States in an effort to develop a Southeastern PDS research agenda that informs the national PDS research agenda.
Inaugural Convening:
The Inaugural Convening for the Southeastern PDS Research Consortium was held virtually on June 8-10, 2021. This convening, funded by the Spencer Foundation, gathered university and school based-teacher educators from across five Southeastern institutions. During this two-day event facilitated by Dr. Nancy Dana, the invited participants explored PDS research and collaborate within and across institutions to establish the work of the Southeastern PDS Research Consortium.
